Businesses don’t always hire the best candidate; they hire the least risky one. I heard this idea from Charlie Hoehn, author of The Recession-proof Graduate, but I never truly understood it until I was on the other side of the hiring process.

So when it’s been justified that a new component should be built, it needs to be scalable for various use cases that exist now and in the future. But most importantly, it needs to be useable by Design System consumers.

I’d like to share some ideas on a design system structure that can serve as the foundation for frontend architecture in various cases from a single solution to a range of customizable products within an ecosystem.

In today’s fast-paced business environment, optimizing performance is not just an advantage; it’s a necessity. Among the myriad strategies to enhance business operations, field service management stands out for its ability to streamline processes, improve customer service, and ultimately drive profitability.

In this article, I’ve explained how the current design is problematic and have created versatile and reusable patterns that can be applied across all navigational components to ensure optimal accessibility and consistency across components and pseudo-states.
